The Role📝

SDR / Appointment Setter

Industry: Real Estate (B2B | calling real estate agents)

Outreach Method: Telephone and Text (leads are provided - no cold prospects)

Hours: USA time zones — shifts available between 8:30AM and 6PM PST

Description:

Your one job is to call real estate agents who have already expressed interest in ACRE through our paid ads and book qualified appointments directly onto our founder's calendar.

You are NOT closing deals. You are NOT pitching services on a 45-minute call. You're sparking curiosity, qualifying interest, and getting the right agents booked.

What Your Day Looks Like 🔥

50+ calls per day

20–40 new leads coming in per week

90% of leads contacted within 5 minutes during business hours

Every lead followed up 7 times within the first 5 days (we have an SOP for this)

Leads contacted at different times of day (morning + afternoon rotation)

Pipeline kept current — every lead tracked, tagged, and moved through the proper stages

Minimum 2 qualified appointments booked per day

End-of-day report submitted with call volume, conversations held, appointments booked, and objections heard

1–3 weekly meetings with the founder for training, call reviews, and process updates

Pay 💰

Base Rate: $10 per hour

Commission: $30/booked appointment

On Target Earnings: $2,000 - $3,000 per month (top performers earn well above this)

Growth Path 📈

This isn't a dead-end smile and dial role. There is a clear path to becoming a closer.

Hit your KPIs consistently for 3 months, demonstrate deep knowledge of our service and who we help, and you move up to closing deals — where the money gets substantially bigger.
